Beretta Six Week Skeet League

Terms & Conditions for Trigger Group Ltd (known as Clays) for the Beretta Six Week Skeet League with the chance to win competition prizes for those who finish within the top 10 places at the end of the competition.

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the prize competition for a trip for two to the 2024 Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony (the “first Prize”).

1.2. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the prize competition for a trip to a live clay shooting day (the “first through tenth Prize”).

1.3. By entering the prize competition, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is open to residents of The United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Beretta, British Shooting, Trigger Group Ltd or any associated companies, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize competition.

2.2. Participants must have a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of travel.

2.3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries under multiple names or email addresses will be disqualified.

3. Prize Details

3.1. The First Prize includes:

  • Two reserved seats in a riverside grandstand with views of the Opening Ceremony at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, with access to hospitality for 2 hours before the Opening Ceremony within walking distance to seating (street food, wine beer, and soft drinks).
  • Accommodation for two people in a twin room for two nights (25th and 26th of July 2024) at a 3* hotel.
  • The day before the opening ceremony, kick off the festivities early with access to Clubhouse 24 in the iconic Palais de Tokyo (open 5pm to midnight).
  • Round-trip travel booked by Clays from London Central, England to Paris, France.

3.1.1 The Prize does not include:

  • Transfers to or from airports, train stations, accommodation, Clubhouse 24 or the Opening Ceremony.
  • Travel insurance (which the winner must arrange at their own cost).
  • Personal expenses and any other costs not explicitly stated in section 3.1.
  • Long distance phone calls, room service, laundry service, mini-bar items, loss of hotel property, payment for damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred at the hotel.
  • Food & beverage, apart from food and beverage at the hospitality included in your ticket at the Opening Ceremony.

3.2 The First through Tenth Prizes include:

  • Two spots for the winner and a guest to attend a live clay shooting day alongside Clays, Beretta and British Shooting.

3.2.1 The First through Tenth Prizes do not include:

  • Transport or transfers to and from the shooting venue.
  • Personal expenses and any other costs not explicitly stated in section 3.1.

4. Competition and Notification

4.1. The competition will take place between Monday the 10th of June and Monday the 15th of July 2024 running at Clays venues [Clays City - 55 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6L & Clays Canary Wharf - Unit B1, 1 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QJ] from 6-10pm.

4.2. Clays will host complimentary shooting at these events.

4.3. Competitors will have the opportunity to compete across 6 events within the above period. Each event consists of 3 games of skeet (played across three pegs), each skeet game has a total of 25 points, and a maximum points of 75 at the end of each night. The final scores from the weekly events will be pulled by Wednesday the 17th of July to publish the top 10 scorers of up to a total 225 points.

4.4. Competitors will be notified via the Clays website, social media or in-venue on weekly leaderboards as to if they are within the Top 10 of the league and are encouraged to keep competing.

4.3. The winners will be notified by email within two days of the final event, and must respond within 48 hours of the email being sent to claim the prizes. Clays will attempt to contact the winners three times seeking a confirmation upon receipt, if the winner does not respond after three attempts, Clays reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prize Claim and Redemption

5.1. The winner must provide all necessary information and documentation required to arrange the prize, including but not limited to, full name, contact number, home address, email, passport details, date of birth, and preferred travel dates. These details will be kept securely by Clays and deleted within six months of the final event date.

5.2. The Prize must be redeemed on the specified dates for the Olympics Opening Ceremony and the live clay shooting day. No alternative dates are available.

5.3. In the unlikely event that the winner claims the prize and is unable to share important information for Clays to confirm their tickets or travel to the games or shooting day. They will be notified a further three times, but the prize may be offered to the next in line. Clays reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.4. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5.5. Should there be two or more participants who finish on the same points on the final event, Clays will host a final shoot-off in order to announce one winner. Anyone who cannot attend this final shoot-off will not be considered for the prizes.

6. Travel and Accommodation

6.1. Clays will coordinate the travel and accommodation arrangements (only applicable for the Paris Olympic Opening Ceremony), alongside a third party who will be contactable for relevant booking information. Specific details will be provided to the winner after the prize has been claimed and confirmed.

6.2. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry and travel requirements, including but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, and any other health or security regulations.

6.3. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they are on time for all bookings, tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, or can be moved once booked and confirmed by Clays or the third party.

7. Liability

7.1. Participants acknowledge, Clays nor any third party, sponsor or brand partner accepts responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winners or their guests as a result of entering the competition or accepting the competition prizes.

7.2. Participants acknowledge, Clays will not be responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes beyond its control, including but not limited to, transport delays, acts of God, war, riot, epidemic, pandemic, government restrictions or any events beyond the control of Clays.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition draw and in accordance with Clays Privacy Policy which can be viewed here.

8.2. The winners agree to the use of their name, quotes and images in any publicity material.

9. General

9.1. Clays reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these T&Cs without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Clays' control.

9.2. The decision of Clays in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding.

9.3. The prize draw and these T&Cs will be governed by the law of The United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
