Investor Loyalty Card Scheme Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Investor Loyalty Card Scheme (hereafter referred to as "the Scheme") is available exclusively to individuals who have invested in Trigger Group Ltd T/A Clays and hold a valid investor status.
2. Card Benefits
2.1 The Scheme provides cardholders with a 50% discount on booking fees during off-peak hours and a 25% discount during peak hours for events.
2.2 Cardholders are entitled to a 50% discount on Food and Drink during off-peak hours and a 25% discount during peak hours.
2.3 The Scheme is valid for booking one 'Peg' only, with a maximum capacity limit of 20 people.
3. Booking and Reservation
3.1 Cardholders must use their Investor Loyalty Card to avail of the discounts.
3.2 Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
3.3 The cardholder must provide valid identification and proof of investment when making a reservation.
4. Peak and Off-Peak Hours
4.1 Peak hours are defined as after 16:00 on Tuesday to Friday and all day Saturday.
4.2 Peak hours may be subject to change at the discretion of the company.
5. Restrictions
5.1 The Scheme is non-transferable and can only be used by the named investor.
5.2 Discounts are not applicable to additional services, taxes, or gratuities.
5.3 The Scheme cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
6. Cancellation and Changes
6.1 Reservations can be cancelled or modified in accordance with the venue's standard cancellation policy.
6.2 Changes to the reservation details must be communicated to the venue in advance.
7. Expiry and Renewal
7.1 The Investor Loyalty Card is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issue.
7.2 Cardholders may renew their membership by meeting the eligibility criteria at the time of renewal.
8. Termination
8.1 Trigger Group Ltd T/A Clays reserves the right to terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
8.2 In the event of termination, cardholders will be notified, and any remaining benefits may be forfeited.
9. Amendments
9.1 Trigger Group Ltd T/A Clays reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.
9.2 Cardholders will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Investor Loyalty Card constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. By using the Investor Loyalty Card, cardholders agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Trigger Group Ltd T/A Clays reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Scheme and its benefits at its discretion.
